Instant calm

I got this for myself to help with self regulation, especially at work as masking greatly takes its toll on me. It was warm out of the box and the weight in my palm instantly triggered a wave of calm throughout my body. The rest of my workday that day entailed 4 back to back, high stress meetings, yet I had energy leftover afterwards that day. I have these meetings weekly, and the only difference was that I was playing with the Ono roller offscreen the entire time.

That same day, my husband took our young son to a new bike park (biking is a favorite activity of theirs) while I worked late. There were unexpected loud and sudden noises and lots of new people. It all quickly overloaded my son and he was dipping in and out of meltdown as they left and came home. On a whim, I offered my son these rollers to fiddle with when they got home, and within moments his shoulders snagged and he seemed less tense. Instead of needing 15 minutes or so to calm down enough to talk about what happened, he voluntarily asked to talk about it in about 3 minutes. There are now 2 more in the mail for my husband and son so I can get mine back!

These are just a couple of examples, and your milage may vary, but I can see and feel the difference it has made adding this tool to my family's self care toolbox.

Oh! And the rollers got a bit stiff a couple of days later, but with the hex keys provided I was able to adjust them so they roll smoothly again. Definitely appreciate the ability to adjust and care for this myself.

I’m so glad that I switched to the junior size ono roller. It works so much better for my petite hands. I love how the stem fidget tool is silent pretty shiny and gorgeous. I’m excited for the owner roller signets to come out and I’m a get the purple so it’s kind of like a set. I highly recommend.
